Promotora de Desarollo Cooperativa de las Segovias (PRODECOOP) is a cooperative of 2,700 local coffee producers from the departments of Estelí, Madriz and Nueva Segovias. Their coffees are remarkably consistent due to their farmer education programs, as well as the coop’s skilled quality assurance staff and state-of-the-art dry mill.

Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua

Nueva Segovia is a higher-altitude region of Nicaragua. The average farm size is 1–14 hectares, and historically, coffees from Nueva Segovia have performed very well in the Cup of Excellence competition. As Central America's largest country, Nicaragua is a coffee origin to look out for.
