Pilot Coffee Club members can earn and redeem points online, in-app or in any of our Pilot cafes seamlessly.
Members earn a minimum of 1 point for every $1 you spend. As a Pilot Coffee Club member, keep an eye out for special point multiplier events where you can earn even faster, depending on your membership level!
All items, except for gift cards, are eligible for earning points. Have a subscription? You will earn points on every recurring order when you sign up.
Partner Perks and benefits, such as your birthday gift, are typically sent directly by email. To redeem your points, there are three simple ways to take advantage of your membership:
Online: Apply your points at checkout on our website.
In-Cafe: Let your barista know you'd like to use your rewards and provide the phone number attached to your PCC account.Using the Mobile App: Apply your benefits directly during the app checkout experience.
Pilot Coffee App: Apply your points at checkout on the app.
Information for existing loyalty members
Upgrading to Pilot Coffee Club does not impact your existing app points balance. To enjoy points and rewards with every purchase, you must activate your PCC account.
Use the same phone number attached to your Pilot Coffee app, and your point balance will automatically appear.
