This limited-edition lot incudes ripe Castillo cherries, co-fermented with natural spices and custom yeast cultures, then put through a Thermal Shock wash to preserve its most vivid aromas.

Served black, it drinks like chai — layered, and comforting in a way you wouldn't expect from your usual brew.
