Espigão – Brazil

The O’Melos are new friends of ours on the cutting edge of specialty production. Using regenerative agriculture and modern technology, they produce exceptional and often exotic lots while following the highest standards of sustainability. This Catuai 2SL underwent a long, closely monitored 96-hour fermentation process. Paired with Cerrado's tropical savanna conditions, the result is a coffee with a pronounced wine-like flavour and surprising fruitiness.
