This Catuai 2SL underwent a long, closely monitored 96-hour fermentation process. Paired with Cerrado's tropical savanna conditions, the result is a coffee with a pronounced wine-like flavour and surprising fruitiness.

This last point is significant to the family, and it is evident in their efforts to obtain Carbon Neutral Certification, regenerative agriculture, and implementing modern technology.
The Land

Located in the heart of Brazil, the Cerrado region is the newest of three major coffee-growing areas and has built an impressive reputation over the last few decades. It is characterized by its tropical savanna climate and well-defined dry and wet seasons, which contribute to the development of coffee beans with distinct and desirable flavour profiles.
