• You will earn a minimum of 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases*.
• Sign in to your loyalty account to view your current points balance and your collection + redemption history.

How to Redeem Your Points

To Redeem In-Café:

1. Let your barista know you want to use your points.
2. Provide the phone number associated with your Pilot Coffee Club account.
3. We'll apply the available reward to your order—it's that easy!

To Redeem In-App:

1. Build your order in the Pilot Coffee Roasters App.
2. Proceed to the checkout screen.
3. Apply any applicable rewards (e.g., Free Brew, Free Baked Good) to your order before finalizing your payment.

To Redeem Online:

1. Sign in or create a loyalty account.
2. Build your cart
3. At checkout, you will see your points, balance, membership level and any available rewards.
4. Click Apply to redeem your reward.

It's free to join. When you sign up, you are automatically enrolled at the Explorer level. As you shop with Pilot you'll unlock higher tiers with even greater benefits.

Explorer - Free to join
Advocate - $500 Annual Spend
Connoisseur - $1,000 Annual Spend

Spend is calculated based on your last 365 of spend history from the date of sign up.

You will move up a level as soon as you reach the annual spend threshold. Once levelled up, you will remain in that tier for 365 days before total spend is recalculated and the appropriate level is assigned.

*Points are earned on the subtotal before taxes, shipping, and discounts. Points cannot be earned from gift card purchases.
